The best units available for this pre-sale will be sold quickly.

Phase I plans call for ONLY 99 luxury residences to be built on the 11 floors above the hotel, with the condo area beginning around the 17th floor, 176 feet above the sand. There will be nine one-, two- and three-bedroom residences per floor ranging from 515 square feet to almost 2,000 square feet that will all have unobstructed ocean views.

In addition, there will also be penthouse floors where owners can customize their units ranging from 1,800 sq ft up to the entire floor - approximately 10,000 sq ft.

We already know there are over 30 units on the first day that are being sold, or pending final contracts.
