Q & A:
1.) Q: Do you have any siblings?
A: Yes i have 4 siblings, 3 brothers, 1 sister. I am the middle child. We all have different career paths and its fun to go home and talk and learn about the other siblings ongoing endeavors.
2.) Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?
A: Whew, tough question, I really love flying, but i also just like relaxing and hanging out with my dog.
3.) Q: Why did you choose real estate?
A: I choose real estate because i've sold everything from cars to cattle so i told myself why not a house? I love meeting new people, talking and sharing experiences with people which helps me learn, and ultimately just helping people in any way i can.
4.) Q: What is the best advice you have ever received?
A: My parents always told me to never lose site of where i come from, that place is the farm in the midwest, old school values and principals, being humble and kind to everyone around you, and really, treating the CEO the same way you would treat the Janitor.
5.) Q: Last question, What would you say is your biggest achievement?
A: That is a tough question, because some people would consider it money, or material things - but for me my greatest achievement so far in my young life is realizing that everything is not about me, financial freedom is nice, having nice things is nice, but in the end it is about making the life of those around you better and those that come after you better.
6.) Q: Seriously last question Lucas, What would you say to those thinking about getting into real estate?
A: Follow your dreams, trust your instincts, and learn that failure is part of the process in order to be successful. No one got to where they wanted to be overnight so be patient. It is not easy at first, but you have to stick with it and just keeping giving it your best every single day. Practice makes perfect!
