Hello everybody, The reason for no updates is they have been slowly working on correcting a couple issues that the fire marshal saw fit, now that it is done, they are back on track and working diligently to finish by this fall, end of september or early october 2019.
How the purchase works: We negotiate a purchase price for you, once that is in place and we go under contract within 3 days, the buyer will deposit a $10,000 escrow deposit, after the 15 day right or recession the developer would like 10% down going into the same interest bearing escrow account as the deposit, and the remainder of the purchase would be given at closing.
$10,000 escrow deposit within 3 days of going under contract
and additional 10% after the 15 day right of recession period, your $10,000 counts towards this so an additional $40,000 would be collect totaling $50,000 and added to the same interst bearing escrow account as your deposit
$450,000 would be collected at time of closing on the unit when they are finished.
